Almost every visit Mum would want to go to Southend on Sea she loved a stroll (push) along the Prom and then a visit to the shops. We always stopped at her favourite Shell Ho Cafe overlooking the sea, for her favourite doughnuts, even when Declan and Emily were little we would make the visit and we all loved the fresh made doughnuts, i think this was one of the last times we went and Mum demolished at least three 😂 happy times ❤️
